Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking Social Media Editors to manage and produce multimedia content across simulated social platforms during NATO exercises.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government, NATO, and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Hours of Operation: Training rotation based with ~35 days per year

Responsibilities:
- Create and publish content across social media platforms
- Manage simulated “closed-loop” information environments
- Ensure content aligns with exercise narratives
- Monitor engagement and adapt messaging
- Coordinate with journalists and PSYOPS teams
- Experience producing multimedia content (graphics, video, copywriting)
- Experience managing social media accounts or simulated environments
- Experience operating closed-loop social media environments in exercises
- End-to-end content production (graphics, video, messaging)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific formatting
- Must possess an active NATO SECRET security clearance issued by a NATO member nation.
- English proficiency at STANAG 6001 – 3333
Hours of Operation: Training rotation based with ~35 days per year
