Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking experienced Camera Operator / Editors to support NATO training exercises at the Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC). This role is responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that replicates real-world media coverage within a simulated operational environment.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government, NATO, and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

Responsibilities:

Capture live-action footage during training exercises
Edit and deliver time-sensitive media products
Produce realistic media outputs supporting exercise objectives
Operate independently in dynamic and austere environments
Coordinate with journalists, editors, and exercise control

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in Electronic News Gathering (ENG) or combat camera operations
Ability to operate HD video and audio equipment in field conditions
Experience in ENG or combat camera operations
Ability to operate in military training environments under pressure
Experience editing content across formats:
- Social media clips
- Long-form news segments
- Raw b-roll footage
Proven ability to work in military training or high-pressure environments
Must possess an active NATO SECRET security clearance issued by a NATO member nation. Required
English proficiency at NATO STANAG 6001 – 3333 level

Location: On-Site; Bydgoszcz, Poland
Hours of Operation: Training rotation based with ~35 days per year
