Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking a Dynamic Scripting / Strategic Intelligence SME to support NATO training exercises by developing multi-source intelligence products and scripting strategic-level intelligence injects to drive training outcomes.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government, NATO, and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Hours of Operation: Training rotation based with ~35 days per year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and script strategic-level intelligence injects
- Simulate top-down intelligence flow to training audiences
- Coordinate intelligence inputs across all disciplines (IMINT, SIGINT, etc.)
- Support MEL/MIL development and execution
- Ensure intelligence realism supports exercise objectives
- Assist in refining exercise storylines and incidents
- Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation
- Must possess an active NATO SECRET clearance prior to start
- Minimum of 3 years experience in NATO, Joint, or Combined Staff
- Minimum of 5 years experience in intelligence operations
- Experience developing multi-source intelligence products
- Experience with NATO Functional Area Systems (INTEL FS)
- Strong understanding of intelligence planning and tasking processes
- English proficiency at STANAG 6001 Level 3333 or equivalent
