Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking a PSYOPS Coordinator to integrate psychological operations themes into media simulation environments. This role ensures alignment between training objectives, narrative development, and audience influence.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government, NATO, and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Hours of Operation: Training rotation based with ~35 days per year

Responsibilities:
- Integrate PSYOPS objectives into media outputs
- Synchronize narratives with exercise battle rhythm
- Coordinate across StratCom, PAO, and InfoOps
- Develop and assess influence campaigns
- Support evaluation of psychological effects
- Experience translating PSYOPS objectives into media narratives
- Experience coordinating PSYOPS injects with MEL/MIL
- Experience integrating PSYOPS with MEL/MIL injects
- Experience using JEMM for synchronization of exercise narratives
- Coordination with StratCom / InfoOps / Public Affairs
- Experience at Corps or Echelons Above Corps (EAC) level
- Experience designing media content for target audience engagement
- Experience working within NATO structures (StratCom, InfoOps)
- Must possess an active NATO SECRET security clearance issued by a NATO member nation. Required
- English proficiency at STANAG 6001 – 3333
