Valbin Corporation is seeking an experienced Innovation and Experimentation Manager to support NATO training exercises at the Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. This role is responsible for supporting NATO-Ukraine innovation activities, developing and maintaining testing and demonstration coordination mechanisms, supporting experimentation and analytical outputs, coordinating stakeholders and events, maintaining auditable workflow traceability, and producing required progress, synchronization, lessons identified, and close-out reports.

Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

**Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Responsibilities:
- Drafting governance arrangements, roles, responsibilities, meeting rhythm, and basic SOPs.
- Development of a repeatable mechanism for coordinating testing and demonstration of candidate solutions in support of Ukraine, where feasible and authorized.
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs and schedules necessary to deliver the required outputs.
- Planning, executing, and follow-up for events required to produce the SOW deliverables.
- Prepare agendas, read-aheads, attendance lists, observation logs, action trackers, and post-event summaries as required.
- Maintain an auditable workflow showing traceability from demand signal through assessment, testing, experimentation, and decision-support outputs.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in defense, security, government, international organization, military, innovation, experimentation, capability development, or program/project support.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting innovation, experimentation, testing, demonstrations, trials, capability assessment, operational analysis, or emerging technology activities.
- Experience working in a NATO, military, Ministry of Defense, multinational, international security, or comparable stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including technical experts, operational users, program staff, and senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated experience producing professional staff products such as reports, briefings, SOPs, trackers, templates, evidence packages, or analytical summaries.
- Demonstrated experience supporting events such as workshops, working groups, demonstrations, exercises, war games, trials, or stakeholder coordination meetings.
- English proficiency at NATO STANAG 6001 – 3333 level
- Must possess an active NATO SECRET security clearance issued by a NATO member nation.
