Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking an ISR Coordinator / Collection Manager for a potential contract supporting the NATO Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC). This role provides intelligence collection management and ISR coordination in support of NATO training exercises, ensuring effective integration of intelligence processes into exercise execution.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government, NATO, and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Responsibilities:
- Provide ISR and collection management expertise to the Intelligence Coordination Cell
- Coordinate and prioritize responses to intelligence collection requirements
- Support Collection Management Working Groups and Boards during exercises
- Develop and script ISR-related injects and responses
- Utilize NATO systems and tools to manage intelligence collection processes
- Advise leadership on ISR capabilities across all intelligence domains
- Support execution of training objectives through realistic intelligence integration
- Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation
- Must possess an active NATO SECRET Personal Security Clearance (PSC) prior to start (no waivers permitted)
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a NATO, Joint, or Combined Staff
- Minimum of 5 years experience in intelligence operations
- Working knowledge of JISR TCPED processes and capabilities
- Demonstrated understanding of NATO JISR concepts and applications
- Experience using NATO Functional Area Systems (FAS), including INTEL FS and ICMT
- English proficiency at NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3333 or approved equivalent certification
